欢迎使用 vgogo（"本应用"）。下载、访问或使用 vgogo 即表示你同意本服务条款及最终用户许可协议（"本协议"）。如不同意，请勿使用本应用。

By downloading, accessing or using vgogo ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("the Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. 许可 · License

我们授予你一项个人的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用，仅限符合 Apple《App Store 服务条款》中"经授权使用规则"的用途。

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. 账号 · Accounts

部分功能（如创建/管理相册、上传内容、调用 AI 生成、购买与会员）需要注册账号。你应对账号下的活动负责，并妥善保管登录凭据。浏览公开分享内容、查看应用介绍等不依赖账号的功能无需登录。

Some features (creating/managing albums, uploading content, AI generation, purchases and membership) require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Account-independent features such as browsing public shares do not require login.

3. 用户内容 · User Content

你保留对所上传内容的所有权。你授予我们为提供服务（存储、处理、AI 生成、按你的设置进行分享）所必需的有限许可。你须保证拥有上传内容的合法权利，且不上传违法、侵权或令人反感的内容。

You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license necessary to operate the service (storage, processing, AI generation, sharing per your settings). You warrant you have the rights to the content and will not upload unlawful, infringing or objectionable material.

4. 可接受使用 · Acceptable Use

你同意不滥用 AI 功能生成违法、欺诈或侵犯他人权利的内容，不进行逆向工程、干扰服务或绕过计费。我们对违规账号有权限制或终止服务。

You agree not to misuse AI features to generate unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing content, and not to reverse engineer, disrupt the service or circumvent billing. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. 订阅与付费 · Subscriptions & Payments

vgogo 提供自动续期订阅会员（vgogo+）以及一次性点数包，通过 Apple App Store 内购买。订阅详情如下：

• 订阅名称：vgogo+ 会员（提供无限相册存储、更高 AI 修图/视频额度、优先生成队列、无水印导出与公开分享等权益）。Subscription title: vgogo+ membership (unlimited album storage, higher AI image/video quota, priority queue, watermark-free export and public sharing).
• 订阅周期与价格：提供按月与按年两种周期，具体价格以 App 内购买页及 App Store 显示的当地货币价格为准。Billing period & price: monthly and yearly options; exact prices are shown in the App's purchase screen and on the App Store in your local currency.
• 自动续期：订阅会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内自动续费，除非你在此之前关闭自动续订。续费金额按所选周期收取。Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off beforehand; your account is charged for the chosen period.
• 管理与取消：你可在 iOS 设备的「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。取消将在当前已付费周期结束后生效。Manage/cancel: in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• 付款：购买确认后将通过你的 Apple 账户扣款。点数包为一次性消耗品，不自动续费。Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation. Credit packs are one-time consumables and do not auto-renew.

6. 退款 · Refunds

所有通过 App Store 的购买，退款由 Apple 依据其政策处理；请通过 Apple 的 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。

All App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy; request refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. 知识产权 · Intellectual Property

本应用及其软件、商标与界面归我们所有，受相关法律保护。本协议未明确授予的权利均予保留。

The App, its software, trademarks and interface are owned by us and protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. 免责声明与责任限制 · Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

本应用按"现状"提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用造成的间接或后果性损失承担责任。AI 生成结果可能不准确，请自行判断使用。

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App. AI-generated results may be inaccurate; use at your own discretion.

9. 第三方受益人 · Apple

你确认本协议仅在你与我们之间订立，而非与 Apple。Apple 不对本应用或其内容负责。Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，有权对本协议予以执行。

This Agreement is between you and us only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it.

10. 变更与终止 · Changes & Termination

我们可能更新本协议，重大变更会在 App 或本页面公示。你可随时停止使用并注销账号。

We may update this Agreement; material changes will be posted in the App or on this page. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
