隐私政策

vgogo（"我们""本应用"，访问网址 www.vgogo.com）是一款 AI 协作共享相册应用。本隐私政策说明我们在你使用 vgogo iOS App 及网站时如何收集、使用与保护你的信息。

vgogo ("we", "the App", at www.vgogo.com) is an AI collaborative shared-album application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use the vgogo iOS App and website.

1. 我们收集的信息 · Information We Collect

• 账号信息：注册时提供的邮箱或手机号、昵称、语言偏好。Account info: email or mobile number, nickname and language preference you provide at registration.
• 你上传的内容：照片、视频及其包含的元数据（如拍摄时间、地理位置 EXIF），用于云端存储、相册协作与 AI 处理。Content you upload: photos, videos and their metadata (e.g. capture time, GPS EXIF), used for cloud storage, album collaboration and AI processing.
• 设备与日志信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、App 版本、IP 地址、崩溃与性能日志。Device and log data: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, crash and performance logs.
• 可观测性与使用数据：为改进产品稳定性与验证关键指标，我们收集匿名安装标识（installation_id，登出不清除，登录后与账号关联）、会话标识（session_id）、页面加载标识、App 版本与构建号、IP 地址、使用行为事件（如注册、建相册、上传、AI 提交、分享、购买的结果，不含内容本身）以及崩溃/异常数据（错误类型、脱敏后的消息与堆栈）。崩溃堆栈可能包含设备与版本信息，但不包含你的照片内容或账号密码。此类数据保留 90 天后自动删除或聚合匿名化。Observability & usage data: to improve stability and verify key metrics, we collect an anonymous installation identifier (installation_id, kept across logout, linked to your account when signed in), session identifier (session_id), page-load identifier, app version and build number, IP address, usage-behavior events (e.g. registration, album creation, upload, AI submission, share, purchase outcomes — not content itself), and crash/exception data (error type, redacted message and stack). Crash stacks may contain device/version info but NOT your photo content or credentials. This data is auto-deleted or aggregated/anonymized after 90 days.
• 推送标识：用于发送通知的 APNs 推送令牌。Push token (APNs) for delivering notifications.
• 购买信息：订阅与点数购买通过 Apple App Store 完成，我们仅接收 Apple 返回的交易凭据用于发放权益，不收集你的银行卡或支付账户信息。Purchase data: subscriptions and credits are processed by the Apple App Store; we only receive Apple's transaction receipt to grant entitlements and do NOT collect your card or payment account details.

2. 人脸与生物识别数据 · Face & Biometric Data

收集内容：当你把照片导入相册后，为实现"AI 智能相册"的人物自动归类，我们会对照片进行人脸检测，生成并存储人脸标识符（face token）、人脸框位置坐标，以及用于把同一个人聚到一组的分组标识（cluster id）。我们不存储可用于在我们服务之外重建你面部的人脸特征向量（face embedding / faceprint）。

What we collect: When you import photos into an album, to power the "AI smart album" people-grouping feature we run face detection and store a face identifier (face token), the face's bounding-box coordinates, and a grouping identifier (cluster id) used to group photos of the same person. We do NOT store a face feature vector (face embedding / faceprint) that could reconstruct your face outside our service.

使用方式：人脸数据仅用于在你自己的相册内，把同一个人的照片自动归到一组，方便你浏览与管理。我们不将其用于身份验证、解锁设备、支付，不用于跨用户的人物识别，不用于广告或画像。

How we use it: Face data is used solely to automatically group photos of the same person within your own albums for easier browsing and management. We do NOT use it for identity verification, device unlock, payments, cross-user identification, advertising or profiling.

第三方处理与共享：人脸检测与聚类由阿里云智能媒体管理（Aliyun IMM）在受合同约束下处理；你主动发起的 AI 修图等图像生成功能由 JLIKE 接口网关（其底层为 Google Gemini Image 与 RunningHub）处理，处理时会接收你选中的照片图像。上述服务商仅为向你提供相应功能而处理数据，不得用于自身目的，也不会将其出售。

Third-party processing & sharing: Face detection and clustering are performed by Aliyun Intelligent Media Management (Aliyun IMM) under contract; AI photo-editing image generation that you initiate is processed via the JLIKE API gateway (which is powered by Google Gemini Image and RunningHub) and receives the photo image you select. These providers process the data only to deliver the requested feature, may not use it for their own purposes, and do not sell it.

存储与保留：人脸数据随你的照片与相册一同存储；当你在 App 内删除照片、删除相册或注销账号时，关联的人脸数据会随之删除，我们不另行单独长期留存。

Storage & retention: Face data is stored together with your photos and albums; when you delete a photo, delete an album, or delete your account in the App, the associated face data is deleted accordingly. We do not retain it separately beyond that.

3. 我们如何使用信息 · How We Use Information

• 提供并维护相册存储、协作与分享功能。To provide album storage, collaboration and sharing.
• 运行 AI 修图 / AI 视频等生成功能（图像会发送至 AI 处理服务进行运算）。To run AI photo / video features (images are sent to AI processing services for computation).
• 发放并管理你的订阅会员与点数权益。To grant and manage your subscription and credit entitlements.
• 发送与服务相关的通知。To send service-related notifications.
• 保障安全、防止滥用、排查故障与改进产品。To ensure security, prevent abuse, debug and improve the product.

4. 信息共享 · Sharing

我们不会出售你的个人信息。仅在以下情形共享必要数据：

• AI 与基础设施服务商：为完成 AI 处理、云存储、CDN 分发与推送，将必要数据交由受合同约束的服务商处理。AI and infrastructure providers under contract, to perform AI processing, cloud storage, CDN delivery and push notifications.
• 你主动分享：当你创建公开分享链接或邀请协作成员时，相应相册内容对被授权的人可见。Content you choose to share via public links or by inviting collaborators becomes visible to authorized people.
• 法律要求：在法律法规要求或为保护合法权益时。When required by law or to protect legal rights.

5. 数据存储与保留 · Storage & Retention

数据存储于我们的云服务器。我们在你使用服务期间保留你的内容；你可在 App 内删除照片、相册或申请注销账号，注销后我们将在合理期限内删除或匿名化与你账号关联的个人数据（法律要求保留的除外）。

Data is stored on our cloud servers. We retain your content while you use the service. You can delete photos, albums, or request account deletion in the App; after deletion we will erase or anonymize personal data linked to your account within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

6. 你的权利 · Your Rights

你有权访问、更正、导出或删除你的个人数据，并可随时注销账号。如需协助，请通过下方联系方式与我们联系。

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and delete your account at any time. Contact us using the details below for assistance.

7. 儿童 · Children

vgogo 不面向 13 周岁以下儿童。若我们发现误收集了儿童个人信息，将尽快删除。

vgogo is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

8. 政策更新 · Changes

我们可能更新本政策，重大变更会在 App 或本页面公示。继续使用即表示接受更新后的政策。

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted in the App or on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
